I feel the need to cite Anton Ego (Food critic from Ratatouille film): “Last night, I experienced something new: an extraordinary meal from a singularly unexpected source.”
Yes, this simple food truck provides unexpected fusion of multiple culinary cultures, delivering a decisive taste punch, that will make your palate crave for more.
We only tasted two of their signature dishes, but we will surely go back to try few more creations on their menu. If you are bored, like me, of the usual, typical local cuisine, definitely this is the place to go.
